Eddie's Attic Guest Code of Conduct

Welcome

Welcome to Eddie's Attic. We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for guests, artists, staff, and community members. By entering the venue, guests agree to comply with the following standards of conduct.

Failure to comply with these standards may result in removal from the venue without refund.


Respectful Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and courteously toward fellow guests, artists, staff members, contractors, and performers.

The following behaviors are prohibited:

  • Fighting, threatening behavior, harassment, or intimidation.
  • Use of abusive, discriminatory, or excessively disruptive language.
  • Throwing objects.
  • Intentionally disrupting a performance.
  • Attempting to access restricted, backstage, production, or artist-only areas.
  • Interfering with venue operations, staff duties, or artist performances.
  • Excessive intoxication or behavior that negatively impacts the experience of others.

Guests who engage in prohibited behavior may be denied entry, removed from the venue, or referred to law enforcement when appropriate.


Seating & Show Etiquette

Guests must occupy only the seats, tables, or areas associated with their ticket or as assigned by venue staff.

Guests shall:

  • Present tickets upon request.
  • Follow instructions from Door Staff, Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Production Staff.
  • Keep aisles, exits, and walkways clear at all times.
  • Refrain from standing on furniture, railings, tables, chairs, or other venue fixtures.
  • Remain seated during performances when requested by staff or when venue configuration requires it.

Late arrivals may be seated at management's discretion and may be asked to wait until an appropriate break in the performance.

ON BEHALF OF THE ARTISTS, WE KINDLY ASK THAT ALL CONVERSATION BE KEPT TO A MINIMUM WITHIN THE VENUE. WE TAKE PRIDE IN OUR STATUS AS A LISTENING ROOM AND HOPE TO PRESERVE THAT ATMOSPHERE


Children & Minors

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors at all times.

Guests under the age of 21 may not sit at or consume alcohol from the bar area and must comply with all venue age restrictions and alcohol service policies.

Venue staff reserves the right to verify age and identification at any time.


Food & Beverage Policy

No outside food or beverages are permitted unless specifically approved by management.

Guests consuming alcoholic beverages are expected to do so responsibly.

Eddie's Attic reserves the right to:

  • Refuse alcohol service.
  • Remove alcoholic beverages.
  • Deny entry.
  • Remove guests displaying signs of impairment or intoxication.

Service decisions related to alcohol are final.


Safety & Security

For the safety of guests, artists, and staff:

  • All bags and personal items may be subject to inspection.
  • Weapons of any kind are prohibited, regardless of permit status, except where otherwise required by law.
  • Guests must comply with all security screening procedures.
  • Emergency exits must remain unobstructed at all times.
  • Guests must follow all instructions provided by venue staff during emergencies or safety incidents.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest or item deemed to present a safety concern.


Photography, Recording & Electronic Devices

Photography, audio recording, video recording, livestreaming, or reproduction of a performance may be prohibited at the request of the artist, management, or event organizer.

When prohibited, guests must refrain from:

  • Recording performances.
  • Taking flash photography.
  • Using devices in a manner that distracts artists or other guests.

Mobile devices should be silenced during performances.


Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal property.

Eddie's Attic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Personal belongings must not block aisles, exits, service paths, or neighboring seating areas.


Dress & Footwear

Guests must wear appropriate attire, including shoes and shirts, while on the premises.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry to guests whose attire poses a safety risk or is otherwise deemed inappropriate for the venue.


Enforcement

Venue staff are authorized to enforce these standards and may issue warnings, deny entry, relocate seating, refuse service, or remove guests as necessary.

Guests who fail to comply with staff instructions or who violate venue policies may be removed without a refund.

Venue management reserves the right to interpret, modify, and enforce these policies at its discretion to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
